Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Items must be returned or exchanged to GameMatz in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The following items are non-returnable: One-of-a-kind items such as custom designs. Vinyl Matz, Pro Matz and Playmats will incur a 15% restocking fee when returned.   

All Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) included with your shipment back to us. To receive your RMA number please contact us right away.

Please contact us if you are unsure if the item can or cannot be returned. Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any problems. All sales become final 7 days after you receive the item(s). Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s).

We will send you confirmation via email when your return is processed, and your refund issued. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive your item.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You will also be responsible for the original outgoing shipping charges as well.

We strongly recommend shipping via UPS or FEDEX so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.


The Game Matz standard shipping rate is ONLY to the contiguous United States. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are outside of the 48 states and would like to place an order please send us a message first to get a quote on shipping.
